Villa Artea is heated with fireplace and local heating system during the cold winter days. It is suitable for rural, hunting and birdwatching tours during all seasons.

There is a traditional style restaurant (mehana) and bar, which offers a wide range of quality dishes and drinks. In addition it has a summer garden and a barbecue for the warm summer nights. In front of the villa is situated a small swimming pool with round shallow section for the kids.

The price for Bed'n'Breakfast per person during season 2009 vary from 20 to 35 Bulgarian Leva depending on time of the year, and duration of your stay here.

  Painting Courses in Villa Artea

For 5 years now, Villa Artea holds painting seminars-courses. Combining the beautiful nature, the silence, the wild beaches and the crystal reflection of the sea, you will feel cozy and comfortable, besides learning quite a lot about the Art of painting.

The courses last for 10 days and teach 8-12 people. We offer board and lodging, materials, transport in the area, strolls through eco-routes, various programs. All the training is done by qualified teachers.
