away from the Black Sea coastline.
 The
villa comprises 8 double rooms and 1 apartment, with a beautiful panoramic
view to the Black Sea or the peaceful village, each one well furnished
with a TV set with a satellite, Internet access, Air conditioners, and bathroom/WC.
Villa Artea is opened all year round and is heated with fireplace and
local heating system during the cold winter days. It is suitable for rural, hunting and birdwatching tours during all seasons.
There is a traditional style restaurant (mehana) and bar, which offers
a wide range of quality dishes and drinks. In addition it has a summer
garden and a barbecue for the warm summer nights. In front of the villa
is situated a small swimming pool with round shallow section for the kids.
